Returns & Exchanges
At Rasaaya, every piece is created in limited quantities with time, intention, and care. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of this process.
Eligible for Exchange
Apparel and Living Products
Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects or damage during transit
- Size-related issues (apparel only)
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- With original tags intact
- In original packaging
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Beauty & Personal Care
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on cosmetics and skincare products, including but not limited to shampoos, serums, oils, and body washes.
Customised & Gift Orders
Custom-made, personalised, or gift orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged in transit.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please write to care@rasaaya.store with:
- Your order number
- Clear images showing the issue
- A brief description of the concern
Once reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
In cases where a return is approved, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, following inspection and approval of the returned item.
