Each Rasaaya order is prepared with care and dispatched within 3–5 working days from the date of confirmation.

Domestic Deliveries (India)
Orders within India typically reach you within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping confirmations and tracking details are shared via email or SMS.

International Deliveries
For international orders, delivery timelines vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local courier services. Estimated delivery ranges will be communicated at the time of dispatch. Tracking details will be shared once the shipment leaves our studio.

Shipping Charges

• India: Complimentary shipping on orders above ₹1999. Orders below this value will incur a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
• International: Shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are calculated based on destination and order value and are borne by the buyer.

Delays & Exceptions
While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, circumstances beyond our control—such as customs processes, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions—may occasionally cause delays. Should this occur, we will keep you informed at every step.
